Questions
How long does it take?
Little Story takes 3 working days, Digital Storybook 7–10, Keepsake Book about 3 weeks including printing, and Signature Collection 5–6 weeks. Tell us your date when you order and you'll see straight away what's possible.
What do I need to send?
Whatever you have: memories in your own words, a few photos, names and dates. The order form asks gentle questions to help, and you can add more by email at any time.
Can I make changes?
Yes. You see a proof before anything is final. Digital Storybook includes 1 round of changes, Keepsake Book 2 and Signature Collection 3.
How do I pay?
Once you've sent your order, Bobbo emails you an invoice to pay by bank transfer. Little Story and Digital Storybook are paid before work starts. Keepsake and Signature need a 50% deposit, with the rest due when you approve the proof.
Is my family's information private?
Yes. Your photos and memories are only used to make your story and are deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them. Your story is never shown as a sample without your permission.
How are the pictures and films made?
Bobbo writes every story himself and creates the artwork and films with modern digital tools.
